I brought home some fun music when I attended the “Music Season” of concerts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India this past December. We’ve had one ”jam” evening of moving to the music, Nia style, but entirely free dance. Let me know if you’d like to attend another. janet@movingtowardhealth.com
